Check me out on YouTube
I just launched a YouTube channel.
That sentence feels both exciting and a little ridiculous to type, but here we are.
After Same Team wound down, I wasn’t totally sure what the next version of this work would look like. I knew I wasn’t done talking about project management. Not even close. I just needed to figure out how I wanted to show up again.
Turns out, the answer is pretty simple: I have been doing this work for months (years, really), so why trash it? This channel is me picking right back up where Same Team left off—talking about the real work of project management. Not tools. Not frameworks. Not whatever buzzword is trending this week. The actual work of helping people understand each other, make decisions, and get things done together.
So I'm repurposing old recordings with updated branding, and I've got a roadmap and a plan to make more.
I’ll be sharing practical advice, tools, and ideas you can actually use. But more importantly, I’ll be talking about the stuff that usually gets ignored: communication, alignment, trust, and all the messy human dynamics that make or break projects.
Also—and I’m very excited about this—I just delivered the full manuscript for the second edition of Project Management for Humans. It’s done. I'll have one more round of edits, and if all goes according to plan, it’ll be out this fall.
So yeah… between the book and the channel, I’m very much back in it.
If this is your kind of thing, I’d love for you to follow along. Subscribe to the channel, check out the videos (there will be one per week), and let me know what you’re dealing with in your work. I’ll be building future content around real situations, not hypotheticals.
There’s a lot more coming.
And honestly, it feels really good to be saying all of this out loud again.
