I'm going to get right to it: Today, Greg and I are launching the Same Team PM Squad, our new membership for human-centered project leaders. And I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited to release something into the world.

For me, this moment has been more than a decade in the making.

Because if you rewind all the way back to the very first Digital PM Summit, you’d find me and Greg sitting at my desk at Happy Cog the night before the event. Printing name badges, stuffing lanyards, making signs, buzzing with the kind of energy you only get when you know you’re building something that matters.

Those early Summit days were the start of everything. They sparked the curiosity, the conversations, the community, and honestly the career I have now. And that excitement hasn’t faded. If anything, it’s gotten sharper.

Over the past year alone, I’ve been talking to PMs from Dubai to Denver, and anywhere in between where I could find a room full of people who care about the work as much as I do. And no matter where I was, the themes were the same:

How do we protect our energy?
How do we keep people aligned when the world feels unstable?

Every conversation pointed back to the same truth: The future of project management isn’t technical, it’s human.
