High Five!
Greg and I launched a new podcast last week. We have so much fun working on Sprints & Milestones, but it's a bigger undertaking. In the spirit of trying not to overthink every damn thing, we've committed ourselves to doing a brief weekly recording. We're calling it High Five! It's structured like a meeting (because that will keep us on track with recording).
Here's the agenda:
The Huddle: This is our quick intro and where we catch up. Greg and I talk daily, so this is a fun time to tell each other (and everyone else) about what we're doing/feeling, etc.
The Review: Each week, we will pick a topic to discuss. It'll often be based on something we read, heard, or watched.
The Hit List: Every week, we'll share a few things we're listening to, reading, watching, following, or using.
The High-Five!: We end it on a high note and mention things worth high fiving about.
We're finding this agenda helps to keep things tight with recording. We're keeping it to about 15 minutes. There is no rambling. It is all high energy. And really, it is all about talking about things that matter to our clients and peers and sharing things we think are fun, helpful, and interesting.
Here's episode 1, in which we discuss the idea of stack ranking and its use within teams and companies.
If you like it, please subscribe and share, and all of the things the influencers say.
Thanks!
Have a great week.
