This is not a "drop in once a week and hope for the best" role. We’ll scope the engagement to your needs, but most clients start with:
- 8–20 hours per week
- Weekly team check-ins and leadership syncs
- Optional 1:1 coaching for PMs and team leads
- Access to frameworks, templates, and process tools
