Hi Brett,

I knew someone, somewhere, wrote about Valentines and Project Management! I just expected a longer post!

Do you use paper and pen or an online tool to keep your to dos?

Pen and paper are definitely my go-tos for staying on track with To Dos. I like Field Notes booklets and sharpie pens. I just find it easier to jot down notes, cross things off, and keep track of the details.

I go back and forth on using apps. I have used a good number of them just because I want to try them out, and secretly want to find the right tool. There are so many out there with varying levels of functionality. The key for me is that the app has to sync across platforms so I can use it on my phone, ipad and laptop.

    Hey Guy,

This may a little delayed, but just thought I’d throw my 2 cents in there – I use Nirvana HQ. However I’ve tried and tested Wunderlist and OmniFocus (only available for Mac) which are also great in their own way:

All three of these are to-do lists with varying additional features, so you should be able to find one that fits from these.

    Hope this helps!
